Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Domestic Travellers

More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost, minus processing fees.

15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

7 to 14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
-
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
International Travellers

More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost, minus processing fees.

15 to 30 days before departure: 45% refund of the total package cost.

7 to 14 days before departure: 20% refund of the total package cost.
-
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by One India Trip
In rare cases where One India Trip cancels a trip:

Full Cancellation (both Domestic & International):
-
100% refund or rescheduling option will be provided in case of cancellations due to unavoidable situations like natural disasters, weather disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.

Partial Cancellation:
-
If cancellation is due to Force Majeure events beyond our control (e.g., political unrest, pandemics), a partial refund will be issued after deducting applicable charges such as GST and transaction fees.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

Non-refundable charges include processing fees, convenience charges, and bank transaction costs.

Partial cancellations (e.g., one person from a group booking) will be evaluated individually.
4. No-Show & Early Departure Policy

No-Show: If a customer fails to appear for the trip without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

Early Departure: If a traveler voluntarily leaves the tour before its completion, no refund will be issued for unused services.
5. Rescheduling & Modifications
Domestic Travelers

Date change requests must be submitted at least 20 days before departure.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Requests must be sent via email to info@oneindiatrip.com or coordinated with your booking agent.
International Travelers

Date change requests must be made at least 25 days before departure.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Requests must be emailed to info@oneindiatrip.com.
Note: Reschedule confirmation is subject to feasibility and final approval by One India Trip.
6. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable personal situations, refund/rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documents (e.g., doctor’s certificate, hospital records) may be required.
7. Charter Aviation Packages – Terms & Conditions
Applicable Laws
-
All helicopter and air-based tours are governed under the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and as per regulations laid out by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
COVID-19 Regulations
-
Passengers must adhere to government-mandated COVID guidelines. Non-compliance may lead to denial of boarding without refund.
Baggage and Fitness Guidelines
-
Only 5 kg luggage per person is allowed in helicopters.
-
Passengers should be medically fit, and it is advised to carry oxygen bottles and woolen clothes.
-
Fitness certificate from a doctor is recommended.
-
Network connectivity is limited in remote areas; BSNL and Jio are usually available.
Booking & Weight Policy

Accurate body weight must be provided at booking. Any discrepancies may lead to cancellation without refund.
-
Max weight limit for helicopters: 450 kg total (for 6 passengers).
-
Infants under 2 years (below 12 kg) travel free; all others are considered full fare.
Accommodation and Additional Charges
-
Accommodation at remote sites may be basic.
-
Excess baggage charges and extra ferry flights in emergencies will be the responsibility of the passengers.
Weather Disruptions & Rescheduling
-
In case of bad weather, darshan may be attempted the next day.
-
If a dham cannot be visited due to weather, ₹20,000 per dham per seat will be refunded.
-
Rescheduling due to weather is subject to availability and 20% reschedule charge applies if requested more than 15 days in advance.
-
Less than 15 days: treated as new booking; no refund from old booking.
Cancellation (Aviation Bookings)

Up to 30 days before journey: 45% cancellation charge.
-
Up to 20 days before journey: 75% cancellation charge.
-
Less than 14 days: No refund.
-
No-show: No refund.
-
25% service charge + utilized services will be applicable on top of these charges.
Insurance & Liability
-
One India Trip does not provide travel insurance. Guests must make their own arrangements.
-
All baggage and personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
8. Payment Terms
-
50% of the package cost is required at the time of booking.
-
The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before the departure date.
-
Guests can only travel after completing full payment.
9. Jurisdiction
-
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
