Mahavatar Babaji Cave Tour 3 Days
Overview
Discover the historical significance of Mahavatar Babaji’s Cave with our 2-night, 3-day package departing from Delhi. This cave is reputed to be the location where the immortal Babaji received teachings on Kriya Yoga from Lahiri Mahasaya in 1861, as detailed in Paramahansa Yogananda’s “Autobiography of a Yogi.” Perched at approximately 2600 meters above sea level, the cave is regarded as a source of deep spiritual energy and tranquility. Visitors can engage in meditation and yoga against the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. Many devotees of Kriya Yoga hold the belief that Jesus and Mahavatar Babaji are one and the same. The journey to this sacred site involves a moderately challenging trek through verdant forests, typically taking about an hour for the average person. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit Dunagiri Mata Temple and explore the charming town of Dwarahat. Join us on this journey to Mahavatar Babaji’s Cave for a transformative experience that promises spiritual enrichment and serenity.
