Chopta – Auli: A Perfect Himalayan Getaway

Chopta and Auli are two of Uttarakhand’s most picturesque destinations, offering breathtaking views and adventure-filled experiences.

Chopta, known as the “Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand,” is a serene hill station surrounded by lush meadows and dense forests. It serves as the base for the Tungnath and Chandrashila trek, offering panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas.
Auli, a famous skiing destination, is renowned for its pristine slopes, stunning oak and conifer forests, and the majestic backdrop of Nanda Devi and other Himalayan peaks. It attracts adventure enthusiasts for skiing in winter and trekking in summer.

Day 01 :

Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun - Chopta

Your adventure commences with our driver collecting you from Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun for a picturesque drive to Chopta, passing through the beautiful Devprayag Sangam and Rudraprayag. Once you arrive, check into your reserved camp and relax in the tranquil environment. Experience a restful overnight stay at the camp.

Meal: Dinner.

Day 02 :

Chopta – Tungnath Temple – Chandrashila Trek – Chopta

Following a hearty breakfast, set out on an exhilarating trek from Chopta to the Tungnath Temple, renowned as the highest Shiva temple globally. After visiting Tungnath, proceed to ascend Chandrashila Peak, where you will be rewarded with stunning panoramic vistas of the Himalayas. After taking in the beauty of these sacred sites, make your way back to the camp for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 03 :

Travel from Chopta to Joshimath

After enjoying breakfast, check out from the camp and proceed to Joshimath, a significant town in Uttarakhand. Upon your arrival, check in to your reserved hotel. In the evening, take some time to explore the local market and visit the revered Narshing Temple. Relax with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 :

Joshimath – Auli Exploration – Joshimath

After breakfast, embark on a day of discovery in Auli, famous for its skiing and adventure opportunities. Take your time to enjoy the sights and partake in various activities at your leisure. After a fulfilling day, head back to Joshimath for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05 :

Departure from Joshimath to Haridwar / Rishikesh / Dehradun

On the last day of your journey, enjoy a delicious breakfast before checking out of the hotel. You will then embark on a drive back to Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun, where our driver will drop you off at your chosen destination. Reflect on the wonderful memories created during this remarkable trip.
