As you continue your journey in the afternoon, travel through Kathgodam and Bhimtal, where you can appreciate the picturesque mountain roads. Aim to reach Nainital by early afternoon and check into a hotel located near Mall Road or Naini Lake.
In the evening, visit Naini Lake for a boating experience and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Explore the Naina Devi Temple and the Tibetan Market. Take a leisurely walk along Mall Road for some local shopping and dining. For dinner, choose a well-known restaurant like Zooby’s Kitchen, Sakley’s, or Sher-e-Punjab. Enjoy your overnight stay in Nainital.
Morning: Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel and plan to depart between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. Travel towards Kainchi Dham (Neem Karoli Baba Ashram) located near Bhowali, which takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once there, take time to meditate and explore the serene environment of the ashram. Visit the Hanuman Temple and other shrines within the premises, and if available, partake in a simple prasad meal.
Afternoon: Discover nearby attractions such as the Bhowali fruit market or the Ghorakhal Golu Devta Temple. Enjoy lunch at a local dhaba or café in Bhowali or Nainital.
Evening: Head back to Nainital and unwind at Snow View Point or Tiffin Top to witness a picturesque sunset. Consider taking a leisurely walk along Mall Road or stopping by The Boat House Club for snacks and tea. Conclude your day with dinner at a lakeside café or your hotel, followed by an overnight stay in Nainital.
Morning: Enjoy an early breakfast and ensure you check out from the hotel by 8:00 AM. Start your journey back to Delhi using the same route. Consider taking a tea break at either Kathgodam or Rampur. - Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between One India Trip (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer (referred to as "you," "your," or "customer") who books and takes part in any tours, trips, or travel services offered by One India Trip. By booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Booking and Payment
2.1.     To book a trip with One India Trip, you must make a reservation and pay a deposit or full payment as agreed upon for the specific trip. The deposit is required to secure your booking.
2.2.     Full payment is due before the trip commences, as specified in the trip details or as agreed upon during booking.
2.3.     Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon by One India Trip and the customer. All payments must be made in the currency specified by One India Trip at the time of booking.
- Cancellation and Refunds
3.1.     If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify One India Trip in writing. Cancellation fees and refunds will be based on the amount of notice given prior to the trip departure date.
3.2.      One India Trip reserves the right to cancel any trip for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation by One India Trip, a full refund of the payment made will be provided to the customer.
- Changes to Itinerary
4.1.      One India Trip reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary of a trip due to factors such as weather conditions, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
4.2.     If any significant changes are made before the trip commences, One India Trip will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may choose to accept the changes, transfer to an alternative trip (where available), or cancel the booking in exchange for a full refund.
- Travel Insurance
5.1.     It is a condition of booking with One India Trip that all customers must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, loss or damage of personal belongings, and other potential risks associated with travel.
5.2.     The customer must provide evidence of travel insurance coverage to One India Trip before commencing the trip.
- Health and Medical Requirements
6.1.     It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the trip booked with One India Trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect the customer's ability to participate in the trip must be disclosed to One India Trip at the time of booking.
- Code of Conduct and Compliance
7.1.      One India Trip expects all customers to comply with local laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations visited during the trip.
7.2.     The customer must act in a respectful manner towards the tour guides, fellow travelers, and local communities, and refrain from any behavior that may be detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of others.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1.      One India Trip acts as an agent for the transportation, accommodation, and other services provided as part of the trip. We accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the customer as a result of the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers.
8.2.      One India Trip will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the customer as a result of delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- Assumption of Risks
9.1.     The customer acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks and dangers, and that participation in a trip with One India Trip may expose them to such risks.
9.2.      One India Trip will take all reasonable steps to minimize these risks, but the customer accepts that they are ultimately responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.
- Complaints and Disputes
10.1.   If the customer has a complaint during the trip, they must inform One India Trip 's tour guide or representative at the earliest opportunity, who will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.
10.2.   If a dispute arises between the customer and One India Trip, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which One India Trip is registered and operates
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
One India Trip reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on One India Trip 's website or otherwise communicated to the customer.
By booking a trip with One India Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact us before making a booking.
Booking Policy
- 1) A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- 2) The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least 07 days prior to the travel date.
Cancellation Policy
- 1) If a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the travel date, a deduction of 25% will apply.
- 2) For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, a 50% deduction will be enforced.
- 3) Cancellations occurring between 7 and 15 days prior to the travel date will incur a 75% deduction.
- 4) If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the travel date, a full deduction of 100% will be applied.
- 5) In the event of a no-show, 100% of the amount will be retained.
