✅ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – One India Trip
Important Refund Clarification:
All refund percentages mentioned below are calculated on the total tour / travel package cost, and not on the advance amount paid by the customer.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Domestic Travelers

More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund (minus processing charges)

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
International Travelers

More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund (minus processing charges)

15–30 days before departure: 45% refund
-
7–14 days before departure: 20% refund
-
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
2. Cancellation by One India Trip
In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, weather disruptions, or government restrictions:

Customers will be offered rescheduling or refund, subject to actual recoveries from suppliers.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are credited to the original payment method
-
Processing fees, bank charges, and GST are non-refundable
- Refund amounts are calculated on the total booking value, irrespective of the advance or partial payments made by the customer.
4. No-Show & Early Departure

No-Show: No refund
-
Early Departure: No refund for unused services
5. Rescheduling & Modifications

Domestic trips: Request at least 20 days before departure

International trips: Request at least 25 days before departure

Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional charges

6. Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies or unavoidable personal situations will be reviewed case-by-case, with supporting documents.
7. Helicopter / Aviation Packages – Important Terms

All helicopter services are governed by DGCA & Ministry of Civil Aviation regulations

Services are subject to weather conditions, technical clearance, and government permissions

Refund amounts mentioned are indicative and depend on actual recovery from aviation operators

Accurate body weight details are mandatory; mismatch may lead to cancellation without refund

Only 5 kg luggage per person allowed

One India Trip does not provide travel insurance
- Aviation and helicopter refunds are subject to actual recovery from service providers and are calculated on the total aviation package cost, not on the advance paid.
8. Payment Terms

50% advance at the time of booking

Remaining 50% payable 15 days before departure

Full payment is mandatory before travel
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Dehradun, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
