Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

One India Trip aims to provide a seamless travel experience. We understand that plans may change, so we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund, minus a processing fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation by One India Trip

  • If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns), customers will receive a 100% refund or an option to reschedule.
  • If cancellation is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Convenience fees, processing charges, and bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of partial cancellations (e.g., removal of a traveler from a group booking), refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No-Show & Early Departure Policy

  • No-shows (if a traveler does not arrive at the scheduled departure time) are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a traveler chooses to leave the trip early, no refund will be provided for unused services.

4. Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Requests for date changes or modifications must be made at least 10 days before departure.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Special Circumstances

  • If a customer cancels due to medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.
