✅ TERMS & CONDITIONS – One India Trip

1. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are accepted via website, authorized agents, or official communication

  • 50% advance required to confirm booking

  • Balance payment due 15 days before departure

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.

Any applicable refunds are calculated on the total package cost as per the published Cancellation & Refund Policy, and not on the advance amount paid.

3. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for valid IDs, permits, visas, and documents. One India Trip is not liable for denial due to incomplete documents.

4. Health & Safety

Travelers must be physically fit and disclose any medical condition before booking.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

Changes may occur due to weather, operational issues, or government restrictions. Refunds/rescheduling will be handled accordingly.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. One India Trip does not provide insurance coverage.

7. Code of Conduct

Guests must follow local laws and respectful conduct. Misbehavior may lead to removal without refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

One India Trip acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party suppliers and is not responsible for deficiencies beyond its control.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes fall under Dehradun, Uttarakhand jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By booking with One India Trip, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
