Welcome to One India Trip! By booking a trip with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer service team.
1.2. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 15 days before departure.
1.3. Failure to make the final payment before the due date may result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
1.4. Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and government regulations.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1. Customers can cancel their bookings as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2.2. One India Trip reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative itinerary or a full refund.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

3.1. Travelers must possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required documents.
3.2. One India Trip is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
3.3. It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all immigration, health, and safety regulations.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Travelers must be physically fit to participate in the selected tour.
4.2. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
4.3. One India Trip reserves the right to refuse service to travelers deemed unfit for the trip for safety reasons.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

5.1. One India Trip may modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, political instability, or operational constraints.
5.2. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.), refunds and rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
6.2. One India Trip is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the trip.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Travelers must adhere to local laws, customs, and cultural norms.
7.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without any refund.
7.3. Vandalism, theft, or illegal activities will be reported to local authorities.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1. One India Trip acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.). We are not liable for deficiencies in services provided by third parties.
8.2. We are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
8.3. Travelers assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any complaints regarding the trip must be reported immediately to our tour manager for resolution.
9.2. Disputes, if any, shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Dehradun-Uttrakhand courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with One India Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
