Upon arrival in Leh via a morning flight, guests will be transferred to their hotel. A welcome drink will be provided, followed by a period of rest to acclimatize to the high altitude of 3,500 meters. In the late afternoon, an orientation and briefing session will be conducted. Dinner and an overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel.
Following breakfast, embark on a drive along the Indus River via the Leh-Kargil Highway. Visit the Hall of Fame, a museum established by the Indian Army that honors the valor of soldiers. Proceed to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, a significant Sikh shrine dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Experience Magnetic Hill, a unique location where vehicles seem to ascend against gravity. Witness the breathtaking confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, a remarkable natural spectacle. Conclude the day by returning to Leh for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Following breakfast, proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, which stands at an elevation of 18,390 feet, making it the second-highest motorable road globally. Revel in the breathtaking vistas of the Indus Valley and the Zanskar mountain range. Upon reaching your destination, check into the accommodation in Hunder. In the evening, take the opportunity to visit nearby villages and immerse yourself in the traditional Ladakhi lifestyle. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the camp or hotel.
Following breakfast, proceed to Turtuk, a village situated near the Pakistan border, which was acquired by India during the 1971 conflict. Tour a mosque dating back to the 16th century, showcasing Turkish and Iranian architectural influences, and investigate the remnants of the Dhards fort, as well as a nearby monastery. Enjoy the breathtaking vista of K2 Peak, the second-highest mountain in the world. Conclude the day by returning to the hotel for an overnight accommodation.
Experience a camel ride on the double-humped Bactrian camels while navigating the sand dunes of Hunder. Explore the Diskit Monastery and take a leisurely walk through the local bazaar. Proceed towards Pangong Lake via Agham and Shyok Valley, where you will encounter challenging terrain and stunning vistas. Upon arrival, check into the camp or hotel located near Pangong Lake at an elevation of 14,000 feet. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Begin your day by discovering the unspoiled splendor of Pangong Lake. Afterward, make your way back to Leh through the Changla Pass, which stands at an elevation of 5,486 meters. Along the journey, take the opportunity to visit Hemis Monastery, the largest monastic establishment of the Drukpa Kagyu Order. Continue to Thiksey Monastery, an impressive structure that ascends in tiers on a hillside. Make a brief stop at Shey Palace, the historical capital of Ladakh, and also visit the 3 Idiots Rancho School. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.
